Developer Dan Cook

Cook-Land is the Refuge's developer.  Dan moved to Jackson Hole in 1992 and opened the Gun Barrel Steak & Game House, still the Town of Jackson's largest restaurant.  The requirements of his subsequent software technology company led to a move to Nashville, Tennessee where he now resides. He maintains a home in the valley and visits frequently with his four children and wife Brenda, whom he met in Jackson.  While a Jackson resident, Brenda managed local hotel, whitewater and snowmobiling operations.  Together, they share a love of Jackson Hole.
